Nostra turma HEFT is a single-source partner for below-the-hook lifting gear. We combine in-house design, manufacturing, proof load testing, statutory certification, rental and training so that our customers can execute heavy lifts safely, efficiently and in full compliance with international standards.
Our process starts with a consultation to discuss your vision, followed by planning, design presentation, and implementation to achieve your ideal space.
We operate a dedicated test house for load testing, examination and certification of lifting appliances and loose lifting gear. Our competent persons work in line with statutory regulations and applicable international standards to issue detailed reports and certificates.
Our rental fleet includes modular spreader beams, calibrated load cells and test / dummy weights for proof load testing of cranes, structures and lifting devices. All rented equipment is supplied with up-to-date certificates and traceable calibration.
HEFT’s engineering team uses modern 3D modelling and FEA tools to design heavy-lift attachments. Our HEFT-TEST web platform helps clients manage their lifting gear inventory, certificates and retest reminders in one place.
Heavy lifts are high-risk operations. HEFT focuses on engineering discipline, traceability and compliance so that your lifting gear performs exactly as expected when it matters most.
We handle the full chain: design, fabrication, NDT, proof load testing, certification, rental and training. You get a single point of responsibility for below-the-hook devices and rigging gear.
Our lifting beams, spreader beams and offshore containers are designed in line with globally recognised standards such as ASME B30.20, ASME BTH-1, ISO 17096 and DNV / ISO codes for offshore containers and lifting appliances, as required by the application.
HEFT operates dedicated test beds and proof load setups capable of handling high tonnages and long spans. Our in-house facilities allow us to validate each design, not just simulate it.
Load cells, deadweights and other measuring devices used in our test setups are calibrated with traceability to recognised national standards, supporting audit-ready documentation.
We have a strong focus on modular spreader beams, lifting beams, spreader frames and offshore cargo handling units. This specialisation enables fast engineering support and consistent product performance.
HEFT exports lifting products and test equipment to customers across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. We support sea and air shipments with proper packing, documentation and markings.
